Material & Craft
Each iris earrings begins as a botanical form shaped in wax, then cast in S925 sterling silver by the lost-wax method. Open petals, irregular edges, and fine veins remain visible across the surface, allowing light to gather differently on every fold.
Wearing & Styling
These iris earrings are offered in two fixed-post styles, each sold as a pair. Bud & Leaf forms a fuller silhouette at approximately 5 g per pair; Curved Stem follows a leaner, more open line at approximately 3 g per pair. About This Piece
Rather than reducing the iris to a small floral motif, these earrings keep the flower connected to the direction of its stem. Within the Iris collection, that line moves across the body at different scales—from a branch tracing the ear to a bloom held around the finger. Each piece keeps something of the living plant without smoothing away its irregularity.

Lost-wax casting does the rest. The wax melts away, silver fills what remains. What emerges is rough, honest, full of the maker’s decisions. Then the slow work begins — filing, polishing, setting stones one by one, until only what belongs is left.
