If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Lazesoul Jewelry.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to lazesoul jewelry, accessible from <https://lazesoul.com/>
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation
For non-custom and non-final sale rings, we accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that the jewelry is returned in perfect, unworn condition and remains in its original, unaltered state.
Custom-made orders cannot be canceled at any time and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. Please contact us via email at service@lazesoul.com, with the subject line “Return”, and include your order number in the email. We will provide detailed return instructions.
We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
- The Goods must remain in its original condition, unused, with no signs of wear or damage.
- The Goods returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
Non-Returnable Items
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Fully custom designs created in collaboration with the client
- Rings outside our standard size range (smaller than US size 5 or larger than US size 12), or any jewelry that has been modified upon customer request
- The Goods that are engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized.
- Gift cards
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Return's Charges
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any import duties or customs fees
We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Without proof of return delivery, we cannot issue a refund.
Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
We offer a comprehensive after-sales policy covering:
- Incorrect items
- Damaged or defective products
- Engraving errors
In such cases, Lazesoul Jewelry will cover the replacement costs.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects:
Material Properties: Slight oxidation or tarnishing in sterling silver is natural and can be cleaned. Minor color variations in gold or rhodium plating due to batch differences.
Gemstone Features:Natural gemstones may have inclusions, color variations, or internal patterns, which are not flaws but signs of authenticity. Lab-grown gemstones may show tiny bubbles or lines under magnification, not affecting quality.
Craftsmanship Marks: Handmade jewelry may have slight asymmetry, visible solder marks, or unique textures, showcasing artisanal craftsmanship.
Manufacturing Tolerances:Small weight differences (±5%), slight chain irregularities, or minimal variations in gemstone settings are normal for handmade or finely crafted pieces.
These are natural characteristics and not covered under return or exchange for quality reasons.
For returns due to personal preference or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
Exchange
Non-quality issues: we no longer accept exchanges, including rings and other sizes. If you have any questions about the products or your order, please contact us.
