Custom Jewelry Design & Production Process
Bring your ideas to life with a one-of-a-kind piece. Our custom jewelry service allows you to design a piece that reflects your personal style and story. To get started, please use the form above and provide as much detail as possible about your design idea. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact you to confirm the details. If needed, we may ask for inspiration images, preferred materials or gemstones, or your budget range. After finalizing everything, we will provide a proposed design, material options, and a personalized quotation.
Once your design is approved, your custom jewelry will enter the handcrafting phase. Typical production time is 3–5 weeks, starting after final design approval, size confirmation, and order submission. If you need your piece by a specific date, please let us know in advance.
After your custom jewelry is completed and shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information so you can follow your order.
Please note: We cannot guarantee exact completion dates and do not offer rush services. There is no minimum budget for custom jewelry. All custom orders are final once production begins and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
