Material & Craft
Each ring begins as hand-shaped wax before being cast in solid 999 fine silver. Flowing lines, stars and small organic forms are worked into the wax, so the relief belongs to the structure of the band rather than being added afterward. Choose a natural blue-green aquamarine or a translucent green prehnite, each set by hand. The unplated silver will gradually brighten on raised edges and darken within the carved recesses.
Wearing & Styling
The aquamarine ring carries a cooler, clearer point of colour; the prehnite ring feels softer and more vegetal. Both use the same wide sculptural band, with enough visual weight to stand alone and a low stone setting that stays close to the hand. Wear one as the centre of a loose silver stack, or leave the carved surface unaccompanied so its changing relief remains visible.
About This Piece
Across the band, fragments of Flowflaw’s original drawing appear without settling into a single scene. Stars, crescents, mushrooms and flowing marks surface as the hand turns. Changing the gemstone also changes the centre of the composition: aquamarine holds a cool point of light, while prehnite brings a clouded green note. Sterling silver develops a natural patina over time — that’s part of its character. To slow the process:

Lost-wax casting does the rest. The wax melts away, silver fills what remains. What emerges is rough, honest, full of the maker’s decisions. Then the slow work begins — filing, polishing, setting stones one by one, until only what belongs is left.
Your order is wrapped the same way it was made: by hand. Paper box, polishing cloth, care card, wax-sealed envelope — tied with string, not tape. No plastic. No filler. Because the last step of making something well is sending it well.

You can tell the piece is made from high quality silver. Normally my skin breaks out in rashes from low quality metal but with this ring it has stayed perfectly fine. The piece has a nice weight to it and is extremely detailed. I would 10000% recommend. It is definitely worth the price.
