Material & Craft
During carving, each floral branch is shaped directly in wax: petals flow into the flower centre, leaves emerge from the stems, and buds remain attached to their branching lines. These connected wax forms are then lost-wax cast in 950 silver, refined and polished by hand. Slight differences in spacing and direction are retained rather than corrected into perfect repetition.
Displaying & Gifting
This miniature daisy bouquet is a palm-sized object rather than wearable jewellery. Choose kraft paper, blue and white, or green and white wrapping; the floral arrangement remains the same in each version. It can rest on a desk, shelf or bedside table, and carries naturally into a graduation or farewell gift. It keeps the gesture of a silver flower bouquet without trying to imitate a fresh arrangement.
About This Piece
The arrangement keeps the gesture of a daisy flower bouquet while reducing its volume to line: slender stems cross, three flower faces turn at different heights, and unopened buds hold the outer edges. Daisies are associated with April birthdays, giving the piece a second life as a birth-flower keepsake, though its first language remains that of a bouquet—remembrance, parting and something carried forward. Every piece begins as a block of wax and a quiet idea — carved in the hand, tested against skin, before it ever touches fire.
Lost-wax casting does the rest. The wax melts away, silver fills what remains. What emerges is rough, honest, full of the maker’s decisions. Then the slow work begins — filing, polishing, setting stones one by one, until only what belongs is left.
Your order is wrapped the same way it was made: by hand. Paper box, polishing cloth, care card, wax-sealed envelope — tied with string, not tape. No plastic. No filler. Because the last step of making something well is sending it well.
