Love Letter Customization Process

All love may turn into poetry — poetry eternalized in silver.
Time may change, yet it may also remain the same.

You need to provide the complete content for this 4-page book.
Each page may include text or a simple hand-drawn illustration.
We recommend no more than 35 characters per page.
You may send your text or drawings to service@lazesoul.com for confirmation.

Our designer will arrange the layout based on your content.
After your final confirmation, we will create the book’s title page using 3D printing.

Lost-wax casting.
The 3D-printed wax pages are placed into a plaster mold. The wax is melted at high temperature, then molten silver is poured in. After cooling and solidifying, silver book pages are formed.

We polish off the sprues and refine the pages.
A ring is formed by bending 999 silver wire, which is inserted into the three binding holes of the book pages. The parts are then soldered and polished.

According to your desired chain length, we solder the silver chain.
We can provide chains up to 65 cm in length.

Each piece is handcrafted after ordering — not pulled from a shelf.
– Open rings & regular pieces: 1–2 weeks (some stock may ship sooner)
– Closed rings & standard custom: 2–3 weeks
– Fully custom jewelry: 4–6 weeks
Returns
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery — unworn, in original condition and packaging. Email us for return instructions before sending anything back.
Custom jewelry (ring sizing, material changes, engraving) and Mystery Box items are final sale.

A Note on Handmade Work
Each piece is cast and finished individually. Small variations in texture, shape, or surface are part of the process — not defects. For jewelry with natural gemstones, expect slight differences in color and pattern from piece to piece.
CARE & SIZING
Care
Sterling silver develops a natural patina over time — that’s part of its character. To slow the process:
– Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercise
– Keep away from perfume, lotion, and household chemicals
– Store in the included pouch or a dry, enclosed space
– Wipe with the polishing cloth included in your order

Lost-wax casting does the rest. The wax melts away, silver fills what remains. What emerges is rough, honest, full of the maker’s decisions. Then the slow work begins — filing, polishing, setting stones one by one, until only what belongs is left.
Your order is wrapped the same way it was made: by hand. Paper box, polishing cloth, care card, wax-sealed envelope — tied with string, not tape. No plastic. No filler. Because the last step of making something well is sending it well.
