We are committed to ensuring your orders are processed promptly and delivered safely. Please review the information below to better understand our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard items: Ships within 3–7 business days.
- Customized items: Requires 7–21 business days to process.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an automated invoice email. If it’s your first order, please check your spam/junk folder.
We appreciate your support! If there are any issues, we’ll contact you directly to resolve them.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. Please make sure your contact information is accurate to ensure you receive these updates.
You can also track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website.
3. Shipping Origin & Carriers
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China/HongKong.
Once the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post).
4. Order Modification or Cancellation
You may request to change or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at service@lazesoul.com.
Once the order is shipped, we can no longer make changes. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving your package by following our return policy.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped with shipping-related taxes included. In most cases, no additional customs duties or import taxes are required upon delivery.
If customs duties are applied by the destination country, these charges must be paid by the customer.
Orders with prepaid duties (displayed at checkout) will not incur extra tax upon delivery.
If a customer refuses a package due to customs duties or other taxes, they are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
Lazesoul complies with customs regulations and cannot declare purchased items as gifts.
6. Lost Package Policy
Please note that once an order is handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery. Not all circumstances are within our control, and it is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the package.
If your order is marked as Delivered but you have not received it:
Check with neighbors and around your property, as carriers may leave packages in hidden or safe places to prevent theft.
Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct.
Allow at least 3 business days after the delivery scan, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If you still have not received your package, please contact us at service@lazesoul.com as soon as possible so that we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. All lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
Lazesoul is not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, providing an incorrect shipping address, phone number, or recipient name, as well as failure to collect the package in a timely manner. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.
If you notice any errors in your order details, please contact us immediately at service@lazesoul.com with your order number and the correct information.
7.Can You Deliver My Order To A Po Box Address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver items to P.O. boxes, APO, DPO, BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses, or temporary residences. This policy is in place to ensure that your Lazesoul jewelry order is securely delivered and received.
8. What should I do if my package is damaged?
If any items or packages are damaged or missing, or if you are concerned about possible damage, please follow these steps:
Check for visible damage before signing: Clearly note any visible damage on the receipt before accepting the package.
Contact us promptly: Reach out to our customer service team at service@lazesoul.com within 2 business days for timely assistance.
Keep all packaging materials: Retain any damaged packaging materials for inspection.
Take photos: Provide clear photos of the damaged package and items; this will help us process your claim quickly.
9. Shipping Time Estimate
Our estimated Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you’ve chosen.
